뉴질랜드 웰링턴과 오클랜드는 한국기술의 IT기반 교통카드 단말기 시스템을

뉴질랜드, 말레이시아, 몽골, 콜롬비아…

이들은 한국의 지능형 교통시스템을 도입했거나 도입예정인 국가들이다.

교통카드 한 장으로 모든 대중교통 요금 지불이 가능한 한국의 IT기반 지능형

교통 시스템 도입이 해외에서 늘고 있다.

한국식 교통시스템을 가장 먼저 도입한 국가는 뉴질랜드이다.

‘티머니’로 잘 알려진 한국스마트카드는 2007년 10월 뉴질랜드 웰링턴과

오클랜드에 교통카드 시스템 구축과 정산대행사업을 수주했다.

그 결과 2008년 4월 웰링턴 시내 4백 여대의 버스와 2백50여 개의

가맹점에 ‘스내퍼 카드(Snapper Card)’라는 이름의 교통카드 시스템과

결재시스템 정산서비스가 구축됐다. 현재 웰링턴과 오클랜드 시민

대다수가 사용하는 스내퍼 카드의 정산 시스템도 한국스마트카드가 맡고 있다.

이 같은 교통시스템은 몽골에서도 볼 수 있다. 몽골의 수도 울란바타르에서

이름을 따서 ‘유-머니(U-money)’로 불리는 이 교통카드시스템은

한국 스마트카드가 2014년 9월 수주한 ‘스마트 울란바타르 프로젝트’

사업의 일환으로 지난해 7월 도입됐다. 이 사업은 울란바타르 시의

교통개선 및 신기술 도입과 대중교통 관제시스템 및 전자결제 시스템

구축사업을 골자로 한다. 현재 울란바타르 시내를 달리는

버스 2천 여대에 지능형 교통카드 단말기가 장착됐다

　

말레이시아에서도 한국식 교통시스템을 만나볼 수 있다.

쿠알라룸푸르의 공영버스회사 ‘래피드케이엘(RapidKL)’은

2011년 한국식 교통카드 시스템을 모델로 한 운영관리시스템

(Fleet Management System, FMC)과 요금징수시스템

(Auto Fare Collection, AFC)을 도입했다.

그 결과 말레이시아 현지 대중교통 상황과 운수사의 요구에 맞춘

버스단말기에서 교통카드판매 및 충전까지 가능한 AFC솔루션이

1천5백 대의 버스에 운영되고 있다.

한국은 말레이시아의 교통 통합정산시스템 구축을 위한

컨설팅 사업도 실시해오고 있다.

2015년부터 2017년까지 3년간 실시되는 이 사업은 말레이시아

육상대중교통위원회(Land Public Transport Commission)가 발주했으며

한국의 대중교통 시스템을 모델로 삼아 말레이시아의 대중교통 체계를

 통합정산체계 구조로 개선하는 것이 주 내용이다.

말레이시아 철도에는 한국기술의 교통 통신시스템이 도입된다.

스마트교통분야의 전문 기업 LG CNS는 2012년 쿠알라룸푸르의

도시철도(Mass Rapid Transit, MRT) 통신시스템 구축사업을 수주했다.

이 사업은 말레이시아 정부가 2010년 발표한 ‘경제 변혁 프로그램’의 하나로

현재 도시철도 1호선의 51km에 달하는 구간 31개

역사에서 공사가 진행되고 있다. LG CNS는 이 구간의 열차무선시스템을 비롯,

역무용 통신, CCTV, 방송, 관제, 보안 설비 등을 2017년까지 구축할 계획이다.

　

남미 콜롬비아에도 한국형 교통시스템을 찾아볼 수 있다. LG CNS는

콜롬비아의 수도 보고타에 2011년 버스운행관리시스템(FMS)과

요금징수시스템(AFC)을 수출, 지난해 구축을 완료했다.

현재 보고타 시내를 운행하는 7천 여대의 버스와 1백20여 대의 BRT(Bus Rapid Transit) 및

모든 정거장에는 교통카드 단말기가 장착됐으며 단일환승시스템이 통합,

운영되고 있다. LG CNS는 향후 15년간 이 사업을 운영한다.

눈이 '마음의 창'이라면 소변은

'몸의 창'이라고 비유하는 전문가들이 있다.

소변으로 몸의 건강 상태를 읽어낼 수 있다는 의미다.

우리 몸에서 배출된 물질인 만큼 몸 내부 상태를

판단하는 지표로 적절하다는 것이다.

　

소변은 옅은 레모네이드 빛깔일 때 가장 정상적인 상태다.

진한 노란색을 띤다면 수분 섭취량이 부족하다는 의미다.

　

단 '미국임상영양학저널(American Journal of Clinical Nutrition)'에 실린

논문에 따르면 정상적인 범주를 약간 벗어난 소변색이 피검사처럼

탈수증을 진단하는 정확한 지표는 아니다.

　

하지만 일단 소변색이 이상하다면 자신의 건강 상태를 의심해볼 수 있다.

소변색은 무지개처럼 다양한 색깔을 띨 수 있다.

레모네이드 색을 제외한 각각의 색이 의미하는 바는 뭘까.

　

◆붉은색=붉은 계통의 색소가 들어있는 비트나 블랙베리를 먹으면

소변색이 붉은빛이나 분홍빛이 돌 수 있다.

비트를 먹은 뒤 소변색이 붉게 변하는 건 아주 흔한 현상으로,

이를 칭하는 '비트유어리어(beeturia)'라는 별도의 용어가 있을 정도다.

　

음식 때문에 바뀐 소변색은 이런 음식을 먹지 않은 다음날이면

대체로 정상으로 돌아온다. 만약 이 같은 색소가 든 음식을 먹지 않았음에도

불구하고 붉은색 소변이 계속된다면 이때는 방광이나

신장에 종양이 생겼을 가능성을 의심해볼 수 있다.

　

◆오렌지색=당근 같은 특정 음식은 피부색을 오렌지색으로 변화시키는데,

소변색도 마찬가지다. 주황색 빛깔을 내는 베타카로틴 성분이

소변으로 배출되기 때문이다.

　

요로감염증이나 혈액응고를 막는 약물을 복용했을 때도

오렌지색 소변을 볼 수 있다. 하지만 형광 빛이 나는 오렌지색

소변을 본다면 이때는 간에 문제가 있다는 의미일 수 있다.

특히 눈 흰자위가 누르스름한 색깔을 띤다면 간에 이상이

생겼을 가능성을 충분히 염두에 두어야 한다.

　

◆형광 노란색=강렬하고 선명한 형광 빛 노란색을 띤다면 이는

비타민 섭취량과 연관이 있을 수 있다. 특히 비타민 B12가

이 같은 소변색의 주된 원인이다. 하지만 비타민 섭취량이

다소 과했다는 것 빼곤 대체로 크게 염려할 문제는 아니다.

　

◆녹색=채소 섭취량이 많으면 소변이 녹색빛을 띨 수 있다.

드문 사례이긴 하지만 '프로테우스 감염병'이라고 불리는

요로감염증이 원인일 수도 있다. 아스파라거스를 비롯한 녹색채소를

과도하게 먹지 않았음에도 불구하고 녹색 소변을 본다면

병원 검사가 필요하다는 의미다.

　

◆푸른색=혈장 속 칼슘 농도가 비정상적인 상태인

'고칼슘혈증'이 있을 때 소변색이 푸르게 변할 수 있다.

하지만 대부분의 사람들은 일생동안 이 같은 소변색을

거의 볼 일이 없을 정도로 드문 케이스에 해당한다.

　

◆하얀색=소변이 뿌연 흰색을 띤다면 이는 신장결석이나 상태가

매우 나쁜 감염증이 원인일 수 있다. 즉 소변과 함께 고름이

밖으로 배출되고 있다는 의미다.

이 같은 소변을 봤다면 곧바로 병원 진단을 받아야 한다.

out of a helicopter to tackle a burglary suspect. Police had responded

중국 여성 4명이 일본에서 수년간 성매매를 하다가 현지 경찰에 적발됐다.

후난성(湖南省)의 대학생이 캠퍼스에서 성폭행을 한 후,

범행을 은폐하기 위해 피해자를 캐리어에 넣어 버리려다가 적발됐다.

신징바오(新京报) 등 중국 언론의 보도에 따르면 지난 27일

저녁 웨이보(微博, 중국판 트위터)에 "후난공정학원(湖南工程学院)

부근의 무위후(木鱼湖)공원에 인신매매범이 나타났다.

한 남성이 피해자를 든 여성을 캐리어에 넣고 가다가

발각되자 도망갔다"는 내용의 글과 사진이 잇따라 게재됐다.

실제로 사진에는 노란색 캐리어에 한 여성이 갇혀 있다가

풀려난 것을 행인들이 지켜보는 장면이 담겨 있다.

글을 게재한 네티즌들에 따르면 27일 저녁 9시 31분,

무위후공원을 산책 중이던 행인들은 한 남성이 끌고 가던 캐리어에서

 '살려달라'는 여성의 목소리를 들었고 이를 의아해하자,

남성은 캐리어를 버리고 도망갔다. 행인들이 캐리어를 열자,

놀랍게도 안에는 발가벗은 여성 1명이 들어있었다.

있던 여분의 옷을 그녀에게 줘서 입혀줬다.

한때 중화권 최고 부호이자 홍콩 최고 부호인 리자청(李嘉诚, 리카싱)이

브렉시트(BREXIT·영국의 유럽연합 탈퇴)로 인해 1조원이 넘는 손실을 입었다.

신징바오(新京报) 등 중국 언론의 보도에 따르면 브렉시트가 결정된 후,

리자청이 이끄는 창장실업(长江实业)그룹 산하 4개 계열사의

주가가 하락세를 기록해 이틀새 714억홍콩달러(10조7천971억원)의 시가총액이 증발했다.

다만 리자청 및 그의 가족이 소유한 지분만 놓고 보면

최소 111억3천만홍콩달러(1조6천830억원) 이상 손실을 입은 것으로 집계됐다.

리자청은 그간 자신의 중국 내 부동산자산을 처분하고

그 자산을 유럽에 처분해왔다. 통계에 따르면 리자청은

자신의 자산 중 56%를 유럽에 투자했는데, 그 중에서도 37%를 영국에 투자했다.

모건스탠리의 최신 보고서에 따르면 리자청 산하의 창장인프라(长江基建),

전기에너지실업(电能实业), 창허(长和) 등의 영국 내

애널리스트들은 이같은 추세에 대해 "브렉시트 발표 후 환차손

우려 때문에 주가가 급락한 것"이라고 분석했다.
